To promote the breeding and exhibiting of pure Lhasa Apsos and uphold the recognised standard of the Breed as laid down by the Parent Club and agreed by the Kennel Club.

To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of the Breed by offering prizes, supporting certain shows and taking other steps that may be deemed advisable, including the running of Open and Championship shows, especially in the Midlands area.

To work in close union with the Parent Breed Club and all other properly constituted breed clubs.
