I appreciated your entries for which I thank you (once again the top entry in the Utility Group). Presentation and condition of dogs was excellent, but I think breeders must give more attention to their construction. My disappointment was the number of dogs with upright shoulders, very short and shallow ribcages, no strength in loin, lack of muscle on the hindquarters and just a few with the wrong skull shape. Despite this, I had some lovely dogs and sadly some had to leave the ring cardless. My report is very repetitive but these were the points I was looking for.

2. Waterhouse’s, Chtaura the X Factor. B. Well coated, good expression. Well arched neck, shoulders well laid, well ribbed. Level topline when on the move. Good muscle and sound at rear.

1. Luscott’s, Jalus Galileo. W/sable. Lovely dog in good coat of correct texture. Head, expression, strong neck and shoulders all good. Sound in body. Nicely muscled, good angulation. Liked the movement both coming and going. Very promising.

2. Bell and Ellis’s, Nedlik Simply Das Deutche. B/grey. So well put together. Nice head and expression. Good shoulders, straight in front, good ribcage. Level topline. Well balanced and sound. Moved well.

2. Rout’s, Simjue Lexara Donarti. B/w. Very sound all over. Well balanced and a good mover. Good expression. Good lay back of shoulders. Good topline and tailset.

2. Corish’s, Sealaw Follow Your Dream. Gold. A lovely dog, so well balanced. Super coat in excellent condition. Good head, strong neck, nice shoulders. Good body. A lot to like.

2. Ellis’s, Nedlik An-Oaris. B/w. Another well balanced bitch. A pleasure to go over. Good head and expression. Nice shoulders. Level topline. Well ribbed. Tail well carried. Very sound and true on the move. In good coat, lovely texture, well presented.
